Which flavor should I try first?

Yes. Both flavors use first-harvest, shade-grown, stone-ground Japanese matcha.

No common allergens are declared on the label. Flavored sticks contain matcha, dextrin, and artificial flavor; Pure Matcha sticks are 100% matcha.
